The 2026 TISDC campus promotion continues across Taiwan, with a successful event held on March 3 at National Cheng Kung University. Through face-to-face engagement, the session introduced the competition and participation methods to students and faculty from design-related departments, strengthening interaction and connections within design education.

The event was led by TISDC Project Director, Associate Professor Yen-Ting Chen, who presented the competition background and key submission highlights for 2026. He also introduced the core concept of this year’s theme, “Resilience,” guiding students to reflect on how design can respond to uncertainty and challenges in a rapidly changing social and environmental context, and to develop forward-looking solutions.

The session also featured case studies of award-winning works and insights into participation strategies, helping students better understand creative directions and evaluation criteria. Through continuous campus outreach, TISDC aims to connect domestic design education resources, cultivate talents with global perspectives and social awareness, and encourage young creators to respond to contemporary issues through design.
