2019 Taiwan International Student Design Competition (TISDC) has launched its promotional tour at many of the design schools and colleges in Taiwan. The theme of this year’s competition is “Empathy”!

On 22nd April, the associate project director of TISDC, Prof. Melvyn Liao, led the executive team to promote this year’s competition at National Taiwan University of Arts. We really appreciated the assistance and support Prof. Wei-Chung Chang, chairman of Department of Multimedia and Animation Arts, gave to TISDC. Around 30 teachers and students participated in the campaign together. It’s our great pleasure to have exchange with students at National Taiwan University of Arts and share the information of this year’s competition with them.

Targeting on the theme of this year’s competition, “Empathy,” Prof. Liao introduced the regulations of the competition and shared some of the winning works of last year with the attendees, hoping to enhance students’ creative thinking and encourage them to participate in the competition actively. This year, we expect to see more excellent works from National Taiwan University of Arts to participate in TISDC.
