Please register online at the official website: www.tisdc.org
STEP 02.
Log in with your personal account, register each of your works one by one, and obtain a submission number for each work.

Prepare your project presentation posters according to the requirements and upload them in sequence.
- 1:1 aspect ratio image of the work

Each work may have up to 3 presentation posters, which can be in portrait or horizontal orientation.
File specifications: each file must be under 5MB, A3 size(420x297mm), 300dpi, JPG format, RGB mode. -
Participants may optionally provide a video link explaining their work (the video must not reveal the participant’s name or any identifiable information).
Digital Animation
Please upload a 30–60 second highlight clip and the full video within 30 minutes, as per the requirements.

STEP 04.
Upload “Student Identification Document” (scanned copy)

If providing a student ID, the information on the ID must clearly indicate that you are still a student in the current year. If it cannot be clearly verified, please obtain a formal “Proof of Enrollment.”

If you are a current-year graduate, please provide a scanned copy of your diploma, clearly showing the graduation year as proof.

If you are a freshman, please provide a scanned copy of your enrollment certificate, clearly showing the enrollment year as proof.

Failure to provide student identification documents will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of eligibility for the shortlist.
STEP 05.
Upload “Identification Document” (scanned copy) *All participants are required to provide this document.

Acceptable documents include one of the following: national ID card, passport, or driver’s license.
- If a participant is unable to provide documentation verifying their date of birth, it will be deemed that they unconditionally forfeit their eligibility for nomination as a finalist.
STEP 06.
A clear 1:1 aspect ratio half-body portrait of the creator. * File specifications: JPG, under 2MB, 300dpi.

Failure to provide the student date-of-birth proof document will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of eligibility for the shortlist.
STEP 07.
Completion of Registration
Before the registration deadline, participants may log in using their personal account to add new works, update project details, and modify personal information.
※Please note:
1. All personal information provided by participants at the time of registration will serve as the basis for the related operations and procedures of this year’s Taiwan International Student Design Competition (TISDC). Participants are advised to carefully review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information before finalizing their registration in order to protect their participation rights. If any false or inaccurate information affects eligibility or related rights, the participant shall bear full responsibility.
2. After the registration deadline, no submitted information may be revised. Please ensure that all details are entered correctly and that a frequently used e-mail address and social media account are provided, so as to receive important notifications such as shortlisting and award results.
3. The organizer is responsible only for sending the annual publication and certificates to award winners of Honorable Mention and above. Please provide the correct mailing address. If the package is returned due to incorrect information, it will not be resent free of charge, and the recipient must bear the cost of re-delivery. Finalists may download the electronic version of the award yearbook from the TISDC official website under “Competition Regulations / Prospectus and Yearbook.”
