The number of people with dementia in Taiwan will increase by an average of nearly 48 people per day. After a deeper investigation of the data, we have discovered more in-depth conflicts between patients and themselves and their caregivers. Therefore, we use dementia as the theme and combine it with Taiwan’s gradually forgotten maritime tradition – dart fishing culture, using the “Rusty Time – Rusty Time” throughout the story to express the onset and inner monologue of dementia patients.
