MELTLESS is a reusable oral cooling system designed for hemodialysis patients to relieve thirst and dry-mouth discomfort during fluid restriction. Its low-intrusion U-shaped device uses soft cooling pads that rest against the inner cheeks, providing gentle and evenly distributed cooling without releasing liquid. An external positioning tab allows for safe insertion and removal.
The portable temperature-controlled case integrates cooling, temperature regulation, protection, and storage for repeated daily use. By reducing discomfort without increasing fluid intake, MELTLESS supports greater comfort, self-management, personal control, health resilience, and dignity throughout long-term treatment.
