Ori- is designed specifically for children aged 5 to 8 in their soccer enlightenment stage, this project addresses cognitive naming gaps and underdeveloped instep muscles through dual-sensory guidance utilizing a “color zoning” and “grid system.” Visually, the upper employs green, orange, and blue—evoking precision, energy, and calmness—to intuitively define the passing, shooting, and dribbling zones, allowing children to instinctively utilize different parts of the foot. Tactually, the grid system deploys specific geometries across these zones: smooth elongated ridges for passing, embossed angular lattices protruding at the instep for shooting, and dense micro-grids for dribbling. These variations provide physical tactile feedback upon ball contact, effectively bridging the coaching instruction gap and cultivating correct muscle memory, empowering children to confidently enjoy soccer under safe protection.
