Reefine is a modular,eco-friendly artificial reef designed to optimize coral restoration in Taiwan’s waters. Its form is inspired by Schwarz Minimal Surface,enabling smooth water flow and reducing sediment accumulation that may harm coral growth. Made from recycled oyster shells,sodium alginate,and low-carbon cement,it provides a sustainable and biocompatible solution. Reefine improves coral and algae attachment,boosts restoration efficiency,and offers shelter for marine species.
