PawWay is an AI-powered platform that transforms how stray animal roadkill is reported and managed. It connects citizens, volunteers, government agencies, animal welfare organizations, veterinary clinics, and cremation services in one collaborative network. Guided by the vision “Every Paw Deserves a Way Home,” users simply upload a photo, and AI identifies the animal, records its location, assesses its condition, and creates a case. Features such as AR navigation, smart volunteer matching, duplicate report detection, and real-time tracking improve response efficiency and reduce administrative workload. A transparent case timeline and digital memorial also help turn public compassion into meaningful action, creating a more humane and connected animal welfare system.
