The project employs “water-sensitive design” and “ecological networks” to create a multifunctional landscape. An elevated “Weaving Corridor” is introduced to provide safe emergency evacuation, falling debris protection, and everyday shading. The ground level is sculpted into dry detention basins, rain gardens, and a “Flood Resilience Restoration Zone” to manage stormwater. An underground cistern harvests 12,500–15,000 m³ of rainwater for natural infiltration and microclimate cooling. Multi-layered native planting strategies enhance biodiversity, while disaster-prevention concepts are woven into public spaces like the “Water Education Plaza,” making resilience an everyday educational landscape.
