This project is designed to support menstrual self-care for students with intellectual disabilities through a non-contact humidity sensing system. By translating subtle and difficult-to-perceive moisture changes into intuitive vibration feedback, the device helps users recognize the appropriate time to change sanitary pads and gradually develop independent self-care habits.

The product features a soft, rounded form with a matte finish to create a friendly, non-medical appearance while enhancing comfort during daily wear. Combined with a simplified one-button interaction, it minimizes cognitive load and provides an intuitive user experience for both users and caregivers.

More than a reminder, the design empowers independence, confidence, and dignity in everyday life.
