The project proposes a mobile modular pavilion designed as a resilient urban infrastructure that provides essential services for people experiencing homelessness while fostering social inclusion and community resilience. Conceived as a lightweight pop-up installation, the pavilion can be rapidly assembled, dismantled, transported, and reconfigured to respond to changing urban conditions, emergency situations, or underserved locations. Rather than functioning solely as temporary shelter, it acts as a multifunctional community hub offering access to food distribution, hygiene facilities, educational and awareness programs, health and social support services, and spaces for rest, interaction, and collective engagement.
