Invasive plants in Taiwan threaten native ecosystems due to their rapid spread and resilience. Though hard to remove, they have herbal, medicinal potential. Aligned with SDG Goal 15: Life on Land, we selected seven harmful species to turn into eco-friendly drinks. This approach reduces environmental pressure while offering consumers a healthy, sustainable choice — where every sip helps the planet.
