The preliminary and final juries consist of approximately 70% international judges and 30% Taiwanese judges, ensuring professionalism and diversity in the evaluation process.

- Studied and worked in design in New York, USA, for nearly five years
- Earned an MFA in Communications and Packaging Design from Pratt Institute, New York

- Recipient of multiple international design awards, including Asia Design Prize, Golden Pin Design Award – Best Design, Good Design Award (Japan), iF Design Award (Germany), Red Dot Design Award (Germany), etc.
- Served as judge for major design competitions including Asia Design Prize, Golden Pin Concept Design Award, Kinmen Design Target Plan, etc.
- Clients include: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Tourism Administration, Maritime and Port Bureau, National Palace Museum, Rakuten, Panasonic, Kao, etc.
