The preliminary and final juries consist of approximately 70% international judges and 30% Taiwanese judges, ensuring professionalism and diversity in the evaluation process.

Germany

Natalia Mirzoyan
- Armenian-born animation director and artist based in Estonia.
- Holds a Master’s degree in Animation from the Estonian Academy of Arts.
- Directed award-winning films including Chinti and Five Minutes to Sea.
- Screened works at major festivals including Cannes, Berlinale, and Annecy.
- Creates across hand-drawn animation, stop-motion, illustration, and textile techniques.

- 2019 Parking, a short film spin-off of i WEiRDO, won the Grand Prize at the FiLMiCFest.
- 2020 i WEiRDO, Taiwan’s first feature film shot entirely on iPhone, received six Golden Horse Award nominations.
