Looking into the imminent challenge revolving around Singapore’s food security. Protein BTO adopts a commentary approach in probing conversations regarding the existing food ecosystem. Set in 2075, Protein BTO envisions a future urban food production system that empowers urban citizens in building back a relationship with their food source, reimagining everyday food systems in Singapore’s suburban community – challenging the notion of how we see the relationship between people, food, and space.
