The preliminary and final juries consist of approximately 70% international judges and 30% Taiwanese judges, ensuring professionalism and diversity in the evaluation process.

- Independent fashion designer, artist, and educator; graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York.
- Founded the fashion brand PROJECTbyH. in New York in 2013.
- Presented collections independently at Paris Men’s Fashion Week every season pre-pandemic.
- Founded the artisan select shop and cultural space Anomi_e in 2019.
- Created performance costumes and spatial installations for Taipei Fashion Week, modern dance theaters, and Tjimur Dance Theatre.
